ABOUT US:
Weightloss-to-Wellness is a medical clinic established to assist you with weight loss, skin and beauty treatments, and wellness so you can live a healthier and happier life. All services are provided by Heidi Graf, MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, who has over 22 years of experience in the health care field.
Weight loss can prevent diseases, possibly eliminate your chronic illnesses and improve your energy and self esteem. You will get private counseling and an individualized treatment plan to fit your lifestyle. Not only will you receive medically proven information on exercise, nutrition and behavior modification for weight loss success, but prescription medications, vitamin supplements and meal replacements are also available. Additionally, you will receive free educational booklets and handouts, health magazines, and email access for questions and support. We see clients age 13 and older.
Medical skin treatments can improve your skin’s present condition making you look younger and healthier. Non-surgical procedures for wrinkle reduction, skin rejuvenation, skin tag and wart removal, acne treatment and spider vein reduction are available with little-to-no down time. Additionally, we offer professional DermaMD skincare and Colorescience make-up products to help you maintain your healthy look.
To enhance your most noticeable attributes, the clinic offers beauty treatments including prescription Latisse for eyelash and eyebrow growth, custom dental impressions and/or professional whitening gel, and dermal filler for lip and cheek enhancement.

Hormone wellness, including thyroid optimization, can help maintain your energy, a healthy sexual relationship, and/or your physical and emotional quality of life. Compounded hormone replacement cream, other prescription medications, and/or supplements may be offered to help you find your balance.

Lunch: 12:30pm - 2:00pm
1) If you need an appointment time outside the normal clinic hours, call to schedule.
2) Services are by appointments only.
3) We will be closed on most federal holidays.
4) Please give us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend. This will allow us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client and to reschedule your appointment more efficiently. We understand that late cancellations or no shows due to illness or unexpected issues may occur but without notification, we are not aware of this occurrence.
5) The no-show fee is $25.

1) We only accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard and Debit Cards.
2) We do not accept insurance.
3) Payments must be paid in full at the time services and products are rendered.
4) For the safety of your children, for consideration of other clients and to receive the best care, children under 13 are not allowed in the clinic.
